Depending on volume and demand. Once the product is made it will be shipped the same day or the next day. Due to events that are out of our control shipping can take longer than expected. You can monitor your order through the shipping part of our website.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final… unless you receive a damaged product. Or a defective product. For instance, if you receive a product in the mail and it is damaged. You must take pictures of the packaging, box, or container that the product comes in before opening it. And then pictures of damaged or defective products. Attach pictures and a description of what the damages are. In most cases, we will return your money or product.
We always reserve the right to have you send the product back to us. Before your refund is issued.
